The invention relates to a mounting device for a roller shutter box that can be arranged on a window frame, comprising a reinforcement device, in particular a static bracket, for reinforcing or stiffening the roller shutter box and a box for receiving at least one sun protection device with such a mounting device.
Mounting devices comprising a reinforcing device for
Roller shutter boxes which can be arranged in window frames are already known from the prior art. For example, DE 296 08 940 U1 shows a connection anchor that can be arranged in the roller shutter box for the non-positive connection of the upper part of the window frame and the lintel.
In order to be able to adapt different distances between the window frame and box ceiling of the roller shutter box or building ceiling, it is also already known to design the reinforcement device to be variable in length in the vertical direction. For example, EP 2 711 495 A1 shows one
Reinforcement device in the form of a multi-part stiffening element, the longitudinal extent of which is adjustable in the vertical direction. Here, too, the reinforcement device is attached to the window frame and building ceiling, so that there is a firm, non-positive connection between the window frame and building ceiling.
A precisely fitting assembly of the reinforcement device is, however, complex in the case of the assembly devices according to the prior art, since a number of steps are required in order to adjust the length precisely
Make reinforcement device and bring about a firm, non-positive connection of window frame and lintel.
The object of the invention is therefore to avoid the disadvantages described above and to provide an improved mounting device compared to the prior art. In particular, a simpler assembly should be made possible.
2.26
This object is achieved according to the invention by a mounting device with the features of claim 1 and by a box for receiving at least one sun protection device with such a mounting device. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.
According to the invention it is therefore provided that the mounting device comprises at least one bearing device which can be fastened to a building ceiling, preferably to a window reveal, and that at least one guide device can be arranged or arranged on the reinforcing device, the
Reinforcement device can be stored essentially loosely on the at least one bearing device by means of the at least one guide device.
The invention is based on the surprising finding that the
Reinforcement device is not necessarily firm and non-positive with the
Building ceiling must be connected. A firm, non-positive connection between the window frame and the building ceiling offers the particular advantage that forces acting vertically on the reinforcement device can be dissipated directly into the building ceiling. The forces acting on a roller shutter box in the assembled state, however, mostly come from wind forces that act on the window frame via window surfaces. To absorb these mostly essentially horizontally acting forces, however, the reinforcement device does not have to be rigidly, firmly or non-positively connected to the building ceiling. It has been found that it is sufficient to deliver such forces if the reinforcement device is loosely mounted on the bearing device and thus no non-positive connection between the window frame and the building ceiling has to be made.
Loose mounting of the reinforcement device on the bearing device simplifies assembly in particular. The reinforcement device no longer has to be attached precisely to the building ceiling and window frame, but it is sufficient to attach the reinforcement device to a storage device mounted on the building ceiling
3/26 to be stored loose. This offers, in particular, simplification in the case of different distances between the building ceiling and window frame, since the reinforcing device no longer has to be adapted exactly to this respective distance.
According to a preferred embodiment variant, provision can be made for the at least one bearing device to be elongated along a longitudinal direction, preferably as a sleeve, and to have a bearing section on which the reinforcing device can be mounted essentially loosely by means of the at least one guide device.
It can be provided that the reinforcement device can be guided loosely at least in sections along the bearing section by means of the at least one guide device.
It can therefore be provided that the reinforcement device can be guided loosely along at least one area of the bearing section by means of the guide device. It can be provided that the reinforcement device can be loosely guided in at least one direction along the bearing section. It can therefore be provided that the reinforcement device can be guided loosely in both directions along the entire bearing section.
It can preferably be provided that a relative movement between the reinforcing device and the at least one bearing device can be limited in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction by the at least one guide device. This can be achieved in particular in that the reinforcement device is mounted on the at least one bearing device with only slight play. If the movement between the reinforcement device and the at least one bearing device can be limited essentially only in one direction transverse to the longitudinal direction by the at least one guide device while the movement of the reinforcement device along the at least one bearing device in the longitudinal direction is not limited, the vertical position of the Reinforcement device by the in
4.26
Longitudinal direction of the at least one bearing device is not limited
Freedom of movement can be set comfortably, since the reinforcement device can be moved loosely guided along the longitudinal direction by the at least one guide device. At the same time, by limiting the movement of the reinforcement device transversely to the longitudinal direction in the installed position, horizontal forces acting on the reinforcement device can be released to the at least one bearing device.
In a preferred embodiment it can be provided that the at least one bearing device on a first end facing the building ceiling in the installed state has a contact surface which extends essentially parallel to the building ceiling, preferably a circumferential contact collar, for supporting the at least one bearing device against the building ceiling.
Provision can preferably be made for the at least one bearing device to have a limiting device, preferably a circumferential limiting collar, on a second end facing away from the building ceiling. The limiting device can limit the displaceable mounting of the reinforcing device along the bearing section of the at least one bearing device.
In a further embodiment it can be provided that the at least one guide device is essentially tubular, the reinforcement device being able to be supported essentially loosely on the at least one bearing device by the tubular guide device.
It can be provided that in the assembled state the at least one bearing device protrudes into the tubular guide device, the reinforcement device being supported by the tubular guide device essentially loosely on the at least one bearing device.
5.26
It can preferably be provided that the reinforcement device is a
Fastening tab with a fastening section for fastening the
Reinforcing device on the window frame.
According to a preferred embodiment, it can be provided that the at least one guide device is arranged or formed on the fastening tab.
According to a particularly preferred embodiment variant, it can be provided that the reinforcement device has a support bracket for supporting a box ceiling of the roller shutter box, the at least one guide device being arranged or formed on the support bracket.
It can preferably be provided that the at least one guide device is designed as an opening or recess in the support tab.
The embodiment in which the
Reinforcement device is arranged at least one further guide device, preferably in the form of a guide tab, for loose guidance of the at least one bearing device.
It can preferably be provided that the at least one further guide device is arranged on the reinforcing device so as to be displaceable in a longitudinal direction of the at least one bearing device.
In one embodiment variant it can be provided that for the displaceable arrangement of the at least one further guide device in the reinforcement device at least one elongated hole is formed, preferably two elongated holes, the at least one further guide device being displaceable along the at least one elongated hole, the relative position of the at least one further guide device for the reinforcement device can be fixed.
6.26
The proposed assembly device can be used not only for the assembly of a roller shutter box that can be arranged on a window frame, but also for the assembly of a box that contains or can accommodate at least one sun protection device such as a roller shutter, a blind, a roller blind, an insect screen roller blind or a roller shutter door ,
Further details and advantages of the present invention are explained on the basis of the following description of the figures. It shows:

Installed state,
Figure 6 shows another embodiment of the proposed
Mounting device in a perspective view and
Figure 7 shows another embodiment of the proposed mounting device in a perspective view.
FIG. 1 shows a perspective example of a first example of a proposed mounting device 1 for a roller shutter box 3 arranged on a window frame 2.
The mounting device 1 comprises a reinforcement device 4. This reinforcement device 4 is designed in the form of a static bracket and has a fastening tab 13 with a fastening section 14 for fastening the reinforcement device 4 to the window frame 2. The reinforcement device 4 is fastened to the window frame 2 on the fastening section 14 in this example by means of a screw connection.
7.26
The reinforcement device 4 also has, in an upper end region, a support tab 15 (see FIG. 2), which is not visible in this perspective, for supporting a box ceiling 16 of the roller shutter box 3.
In this example, the mounting device 1 comprises two bearing devices 6, 6 '. The first storage device 6 and the second storage device 6 'are fastened to a building ceiling or window reveal (not shown here) (see FIG. 4 or FIG. 5), in this case by means of screws 19.
The two bearing devices 6, 6 'are each elongated as a hollow cylindrical sleeve along a longitudinal direction L. Each of the two bearing devices 6, 6 'has in this case a circular cylindrical bearing section 8 for the loose mounting of the reinforcing device 4.
The first bearing device 6 has, at a first end 9 facing the building ceiling, a contact surface 10 in the form of a circumferential contact collar which extends essentially parallel to the building ceiling 5 and serves to support the first bearing device 6 against the building ceiling 5. At a second end 11 facing away from the building ceiling, the first bearing device 6 has a limiting device 12, which in this example is formed by a washer arranged between the bearing section 8 and the screw head of the screw 19.
For the loose mounting of the reinforcement device 4 on the bearing devices 6, 6 ', two guide devices 7, 7' are formed in the support bracket 15 (see FIG. 2).
A further guide device 17 is arranged on the reinforcement device 4, which in this example is designed as a guide lug with an opening corresponding to the cross section of the bearing section 8 of the first bearing device 6 and essentially at right angles on a side face of a vertical section 20 of the reinforcement device 4 directly on the
8/26
Reinforcement device 4 is arranged, for example welded. A loose mounting of the reinforcing device 4 on the first bearing device 6 also results in the area of the further guide device 17.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the reinforcement device 4 is located entirely within the roller shutter box 3. The bearing devices 6, 6 'penetrate the box ceiling 16 of the roller shutter box 3 through corresponding openings formed in the box ceiling 16. The bearing devices 6, 6 'thus protrude into the interior of the roller shutter box 3 when the mounting device 1 is in the assembled state, and the reinforcing device 4 is loosely attached to the by means of the guide devices in 7, 7' (see FIG. 2) and by means of the further guide device 17
Storage devices 6, 6 'stored. In particular, the reinforcement device 4 is therefore not fixed or non-positively connected to the bearing devices 6, 6 ', but is loosely mounted on the bearing devices 6, 6'. During assembly, the reinforcement device 4 can be loosely guided to the desired vertical position by the loose mounting along the vertically running bearing sections 8 of the bearing devices 6, 6 'by means of the guide devices 7, 7' and the further guide device 17.
Figure 2 shows a further embodiment of a proposed
Assembly device 1 in a perspective exploded view. For the purpose of a clearer representation, the side walls and the box ceiling 16 of the roller shutter box 3 have been hidden.
As in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1, the mounting device 1 comprises two bearing devices 6, 6 ′ and a reinforcement device 4, which comprises a fastening tab 13, a vertical section 20 and a support tab 15. The reinforcing device 4 is designed in the form of a bow in the form of a static bracket. The support bracket 15, which extends essentially parallel to the box ceiling 16 of the roller shutter case 3, is adjoined by a vertical section 20 which runs essentially perpendicularly thereto and in turn is adjoined by a fastening bracket 13 which runs essentially perpendicularly thereto.
9.26
For the loose mounting of the reinforcement device 4 on the bearing devices 6, 6 ', two guide devices are formed in the support plate 15 in 7, 7'. The first guide device 7 is designed in the form of an opening in the support plate 15 that is open towards an edge of the support plate 15, and the second guide device 7 ″ is designed in the form of an all-round closed opening or bore in the support plate 15. The bore or second guide device 7 'is slightly larger than the cross section through the second bearing device 6', so that the bearing section 8 of the second bearing device 6 'can be easily passed through the second guide device 7' and the reinforcing device 4 can be loosely supported on the second bearing device 6 'with little play between the bearing section 8 and a peripheral edge of the opening or second guide device 7'. The recess or first guide device 7, which is open to the outside, corresponds in a corresponding manner to the bearing section 8 of the first bearing device 6, so that there is also a loose mounting of the in the area of the first guide device 7
Reinforcement device 4 on the first bearing device 6 with little play between the bearing section 8 of the first bearing device 6 and an edge of the recess or first guide device 6.
In this example, two elongated holes 18 are formed in the vertical section 20 of the reinforcing device 4 in order to enable an arrangement of a further guide device 17 that can be displaced along the elongated holes 18. In this example, the further guide device 17 is designed as a two-leg angle. The first leg 21 forms a guide tab with an opening which corresponds to the bearing section 8 of the first bearing device 6, so that there is a loose bearing with little play between the bearing section 8 and a peripheral edge of the opening in the first leg 21. The second leg 22 arranged at right angles to the first leg 21 serves to connect the further guide device 17 to the vertical section 20 of the reinforcement device 4. For this purpose, two holes 23 are formed in the second leg 22, so that two screws 19 through the two holes 23 in the second leg 22 and can be passed through the elongated holes 18 in the vertical section 20. Through the elongated holes 18, the further
10/26
Guide device 17 can be displaced vertically along the elongated holes 18 and the desired position of the further guide device 17 relative to the reinforcing device 4 or its vertical section 20 can be fixed by means of screws 19.
The gap width of a gap between the bearing section 8 of the first bearing device 6 and an edge of the recess or first guide device 6 and a peripheral edge of the opening in the first leg 21 and the gap width of a gap between the bearing section 8 of the second bearing device 6 'and the peripheral edge the opening or second guide device 7 'should be as small as possible, for example less than 3 mm. The respective gap width can preferably be in a range from approximately 0.05 mm to approximately 0.5 mm and, for example, be 0.25 mm.
Figure 3 shows the mounting device 1 according to Figure 2 in two different installation situations in a perspective view and Figures 4 and 5 show the side views of the two different installation situations.
The two installation situations differ in that the bearing devices 6, 6 ′ and the further guide device 17 are arranged differently in the vertical direction according to different distances between the building ceiling 5 and the box ceiling 16. Figure 4 corresponds to the solid representation of the bearing devices 6, 6 'and the further guide device 17 in Figure 3 and Figure 5 corresponds to the broken line of the bearing devices 6, 6' and the further guide device 17 in Figure 3. Like a comparison of Figure 4 with 5 shows, the distance between the building ceiling 5 and the box ceiling 16 in FIG. 5 is greater than in FIG. 4. Accordingly, the reinforcement device 4 according to FIG. 5 is lower in the vertical direction compared to FIG. 4 at the bearing sections 8 of the bearing devices 6, 6 'stored. In both cases, however, no special adaptation of the bearing devices 6, 6 'needs to be made, but the reinforcement device 4 is simply mounted at the appropriate height on the bearing sections 8 of the bearing devices 6, 6'.
11/26
In both examples, the further guide device 17 has been shifted downwards in the vertical direction to such an extent that the first leg 21 lies against the limiting device 12. A sagging of the roller shutter box 3 in the vertical direction downwards can be avoided. However, the reinforcement device 4 is in principle also loosely mounted in the region of the further guide device 17 and could be moved upwards along the bearing section 8 of the first bearing device 6. A further downward movement is prevented by the limiting device 12.
In the representations shown in Figure 4 and Figure 5 is the
Reinforcement device 4 entirely within the roller shutter box 3. The bearing devices 6, 6 'penetrate the box ceiling 16 of the roller shutter box 3 through corresponding openings formed in the box ceiling 16. The bearing devices 6, 6 'thus protrude into the interior of the roller shutter box 3 in the assembled state of the mounting device 1 and the reinforcing device 4 is loosely mounted on the bearing devices 6, 6' by means of the guide device in 7, 7 'and by means of the further guide device 17. The reinforcement device 4 and thus also the roller shutter box 3 are connected in a fixed manner to the window frame 2 via a screw connection on the fastening section 14. Due to the fact that the further guide device 17 has been displaced vertically downwards along the elongated holes 18 until the first leg 21 bears against the limiting device 12, the roller shutter box 3 together with the reinforcing device 4 in the area of the limiting device 12 cannot also sink vertically downward , so that a permanently stable storage of the roller shutter box 3 is guaranteed.
When forces F act on the window frame 2, these are introduced into the reinforcing device 4 by the connection of the window frame 2 with the reinforcing device 4. In the areas of the loose mounting of the reinforcement device 4 on the bearing devices 6, 6 '- that is to say in the areas of the guide devices 7, 7' and the further guide device 17 - these forces F can be derived from the bearing devices 6, 6 'by the forces F the window frame 2 and thus the reinforcement device 4 as far horizontally
12/26 move until the edges of the recesses of the support bracket 15 - which form the guide devices 7, 7 ″ - bear against the bearing sections 8 of the bearing devices 6, 6 ″ and thus a force transmission to the bearing devices 6, 6 ″ can take place. The contact surface 10 arranged on the first bearing device 6 in the form of a circumferential contact collar at the first end 9 of the first bearing device 6 serves for a more stable support of the first bearing device 6 on the building ceiling 5.
Figure 6 shows a further embodiment of a proposed
Mounting device 1 in a perspective view. In this example, the reinforcement device 4 only comprises a fastening tab 13, on which a guide device 7, which is essentially tubular, is arranged. The bearing device 6 corresponds to the first bearing devices 6 according to FIGS. 1 to 5, in which case no limiting device 12 is provided. The bearing device 6, which is designed as a tubular sleeve, is fastened to a building ceiling 5, not shown here, by means of screws 19, the contact surface 10 abutting the building ceiling 5. The longitudinally extending bearing section 8 of the bearing device 6 passes through the box ceiling 16 of the roller shutter box 3 and thus projects into the interior of the roller shutter box 3. An internal cross section of the cavity of the tubular guide device 7 is somewhat larger than the cross section through the bearing device 6, so that the bearing section 8 of the bearing device 6 can be easily inserted into the cavity of the tubular guide device 7 and there is a loose mounting of the reinforcing device 4 on the bearing device 6 with little play between the bearing section 8 and an inner wall of the tubular guide device 7. The gap width of a gap between the bearing section 8 and the inner wall of the tubular guide device 7 should be as small as possible, for example less than 3 mm. It can preferably be in a range from approximately 0.05 mm to approximately 0.5 mm and, for example, 0.25 mm.
Figure 7 shows a further embodiment of a proposed
Mounting device 1 in a perspective view. As in the example according to FIG. 6, there is also an essentially tubular guide device 7
13/26 provided, which is arranged on the reinforcing device 4. In this example, a vertically upward-pointing bolt 24 is arranged on the fastening tab 13, on which the tubular guide device 7 is attached, for example by a known threaded connection of the bolt 24 with the guide device 7. As in the example in FIG Bearing section 8 of the bearing device 6 into the interior of the tubular guide device 7 and there is a loose mounting of the reinforcement device 4 by means of the tubular guide device 7 on the bearing device 6.
As an alternative to the embodiment just described, the tubular guide device 7 shown in FIG. 7 could be attached, for example screwed, as a vertical extension of the bearing device 6, and the bolt 24 shown in FIG. 7 could represent a guide device that goes inside the tubular extension of the bearing device 6 protrudes and thus also enables a loose mounting of the reinforcement device 4 on the bearing device 6.
